NOT ONE BUT TWO NEW RECORDS: After a quiet a couple of months, I'm excited to share some big news. occurrence will release two records in 2012. First up is THE APOCALYPSE IS POSTPONED, a collection of happy sad electronic pop, songs to learn and sing as you prepare for the coming Tea Party-infused hellscape. That record will be followed by FUTURE STRANGERS, an album of instrumental space jams to which you can get-down like a gay robot in the privacy of your own domicile. The albums were recorded by Ken over the past two years in a former ice house in the woods of Woodstock, NY, though rest assured the music does not sound like a Phish reunion. The albums are mastered by Jeff Lipton at Peerless Mastering; he's done records by The Magnetic Fields and Bon Iver among many others. You will not find these new occurrence releases on corporate sites or stores like the Sam Goody (?!!) or the iTunes. I am committed to making my music free to the people who enjoy it.
